CRISIS MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

Colombian Specialties by RAKI LLC will provide consulting at the three levels of emergency management:

Tactical level- The on-location management of the ongoing emergency situation. The goal is to prevent or limit personal injury, damage to property, the environment, financial assets, or the reputation of the organization.

Operational level- we will direct and coordinate the tactical units’ efforts. The goal is to support the tactical level with resources, coordination, and communication/synchronized course of action.

Strategic level-The focus is on the overall organization. How will the critical/emergency event affect the day-to-day operations, the reputation, contact with relatives and the media, and any claims. Colombian Specialties by RAKI LLC will provide real-time awareness of the ongoing situation from tactical and operational levels, advising the management with the decision support to make strategically smart decisions.
